Provides guidance on exporting materials or working with a foreign national or entity. Click the training tab, available training (if needed), and select Export Controls Decision Tree.

CITI Export Control Training
The first Export Control module is titled “Introduction to Export Compliance” and is a good overview. A second module titled “Export Compliance for Researchers” should also be taken. Additional discipline-specific or role-specific modules are also available.

NSF Research Security Training
While all four modules have good information, “Module 3: Manage and Mitigate Risk” is most beneficial for WSU research. Choose your role as either researcher or administrator.

Insider Threat Awareness and Identification
A key element of NSPM33 is to educate the research community to recognize and report potential insider threats.
